I am using PSE 3. I have a group photo that I am trying to eliminate one of the gentlemen in . I've tried cloning but have a real problem when I get to the shoulder area and the man next to him has a suit, white shirt & Tie..where the shoulder overlaps...when I get to the man with the suit, I've tried cloning his black suit down farther, also his white shirt and tie. I try to Shift click to get a straight edge but it just seems like to narrow of an area...any tips out there????

Good question, and seems as though there's a good deal of rebuilding to do after you have taken out the person. Clone as far as you can with the suit, and then try the healing brush a little bit, and then in the void created paint brush in coordinating color (always do this on a separate layer for more control) I'm trying to visualize your photo, and am guessing that this person is right in an area where you can't just substitute background (or another person's face). If it's impossible to get it to remove correctly could smudge or blur the face so it isn't recognizable, but not ruin the group photo in the process. This sounds like a very complicated one. Let us know how you do with it. Don't forget Linda's trick to select an area and then clone within the area so it doesn't hop outside of the boundaries you want for the suit!
