I'm having problems with the videos again. I have Vista.:( I couldn't play any of the videos until I downloaded VLC media player. That fixed the problem, I thought.
Now the 2 emails I got have videos and when I click on the link to play them I just get a square box with a microsoft thingy in the top left corner. under the box it says to click on triangle to play but no matter how long I wait nothing shows in the box.
Even when I download the videos from the premier area I get the same thing.
I does say there are errors on the page but I have no idea how to fix this.

I thought that might mean I have to play them in microsoft's media player but I figure out how to get them there to play them.
Anyone got any ideas?

I play all the Scrapper's Guide videos using Quick Time Player v. 7.3 and everything works fine. In your Quick Time Player settings, you can make it your default player so that it automatically opens up when you double click on a video.

Hi Pam,

Don’t think Vista is causing your problem, as I have Vista and don’t have any problem with the videos. I’m using Quick Time to watch the videos, you might want to try download it to view the videos. I did have a bit of a problem getting Quick Time to download to Vista, I don’t remember what I did to get it installed, I think I had to turn off all of the anti virus that I had running before it would install. It might be worth a try.

Some Vista users have had problems with the videos, others haven't. It really depends on what third party software you have installed on your computer. If you have Nero, you may experience difficulty viewing the videos. If you don't, you're probably fine.

All of our videos are Vista compatible, assuming you're using the QuickTime player. Unfortunately, Vista isn't compatible with quite a few existing programs.

I'm sticking with my Windows XP! And when that's all over and done with, it's Mac time for me!
