Hello from Norway

Hello everyone at Scrapper's Guide!

I'm a mother of 3 teenagers and been happily married to my husband for 18 years. Our family live in Norway - a bit south of Oslo - by the coast.

I bought my Elements 6.0 in March 2008 and started searching the internet for information on how to use it. I was very happy when I discovered Scrapper's Guide and Linda's wonderful videos. http://scrappersguide.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

I joined the Premier instantly and I've spent some time downloading and watching videos. It's been so educating and fun. Thank you, Linda!

I've dared to put out 3 LO's in the Gallery - found that a bit scaring at first, but it turned out to be a very nice experience because of all the nice comments! Thank you all for that! http://scrappersguide.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif

This is the first time I'm posting a thread to the forum. I have a question:

In Linda's videos she talks about pressing the left and right bracket key to make brushes smaller or bigger. This dosn't work for me! http://scrappersguide.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif

Have anyone else the same problem? Any suggestions on what I should do? I've tried both to reset brushes and to uninstall and re-install the whole program, but the shortcuts still doesn't work.

Sounds like you have lots to scrapbook with, I took a look at your pages earlier and they are really good !!

As far as the bracket keys ... its these [ ] not the round ones :)

Hi, Are you using the brackets to the right of the P key? They work for me but I don't have PSE6.

It is possible that you have a different keyboard in the US. I have the [ on the no. 8 and the ] on the no. 9 - to reach them I have to press Alt Gr too. Is it the same for you?

It sounds like you have a different keyboard .. do those [ & ] keys change the size of the brush tool ??

I did a little searching around and found a mention of a similar problem on one of the Adobe forums ... sadly it looks like you can't modify the brushes using your keyboard :(
