Blue Backgrounds??

I'd think someone is messing with my computer only there's no one here who could except my 4 month old grandson. Today, when I try to open a transparent background for a new layout, all I get is a blue background...every time.

How do I get it back to transparent? I use PSE 6.

I really need to reformat my computer, but it's such a pain in the butt. Guess I'm going to have to do it.

Any help, please, on how to get my transparent backgrounds again?

Go to Edit->Preferences->Transparency. Click on the "Reset" button on the right to return it to the default colors.
