Where can I find the eliptical marquee tool in Elements 7?

the eliptical marquee tool is nested with the rectangle marquee tool- right click on that one- and you'll find a pop out box- and there is the eliptical tool. or you can use a keyboard shortcut- the letter m, each time you press the letter m it will switch back and forth between the rectangle and eliptical marquee.

Sounds like you could really benefit from learning your way around Elements 7. You should consider getting Linda's training CD. It will teach you all the basics, so you won't feel so lost. You'll be up to speed in no time, then you can really whiz through the Premier lessons!
