mtoutant,
I would get Linda's training CD for PSE 5.0. It will help you with all those types of questions. The e-zine is a weekly e-mail newsletter that contains tips and challenges from Linda and Scrapper's Guide. You won't want to miss it. Sign up here. One of the things I have started doing on some of my layouts, is using the built in Adobe "frames" (just the blank frame). I put it over the spaces I want to use, and size it, then put my photo in it. The nice thing is it uses a full resolution composite of your photo, and you can zoom in and crop pretty nicely (and move your photo around in the frame). The bad part is, they use a lot of memory, so it can slow down the redrawing of your layout. -Trish |
