Default Creating Layered template tutorial

I want to try my hand at creating some of my own digital layered templates. I am having difficulting finding a tutorial on how to do this. I always turn to this site for good information. Can anyone send me a link to a good tutorial? I know Linda had one in a newsletter last year sometime. Do I still have access to that tutorial or am I out of luck. Thanks for any input!

I think she is going to have the previous premiere tutorials for sale in the future.

If you have a subscription to Photoshop Elements Techniques, you'll find a tutorial in the subscribers section there.

The Premier issue you'll need is the November, 2006 issue. If you are a Premier member, go to the Premier Forums (password Protected on this site--and your password is in this month's issue). The November forums are archived there, and you can see all of the answers, discussion about the techniques, receive the exchanged and shared templates, and finish up your learning how to do this right there. And if you joined Premier later than that issue, it WILL be for sale in the new store which is just around the corner.

Good Luck! Linda's way is so much better than others, I think you'll find!

I agree. I just went and re-viewed that tutorial. Much, Much simpler and more straightforward than the way I see most templates done and tutorials written. I've collected a few freebie templates here and there on the web. I'm wondering if I can translate them into this system.
