Tip of the Week: Seeing Spots!
A Note from Linda:
Dear Friend,
They say the third time's the charm.
If that's true, then my son's graduation on August 16 was the lucky third time in one year that someone in my immediate family graduated from college.
First it was my husband and daughter last May, and now it's Caleb, who graduated with a degree in German. He even managed to pull off a Summa Cum Laude.
I'm so proud of the old boy!
Hmmmm. That means I'm the only one who hasn't graduated from college this year, and I intend to keep it that way!
Seeing Spots
In this week's tip Jenny Binder shows you how easy it is to create rows of dots to give your scrapbook page a fun look.
If you already know how to do this, check it out anyway for the cute page of her son and daughter. She scraplifted the design, and you might want to scraplift it too, after you see it!
Love and scrapbooking success,

Linda Sattgast

I love the color palette Julie chose for this kit. It goes perfectly with the heat of August in the Northern Hemisphere, or the cool of August for those of you Down Under. You can be sure these papers and embellishments will do justice to your favorite photos!

Tip of the Week:
Seeing Spots
by Jenny Binder
Let's face it, circles are in. Big circles, little circles, even rows of tiny dots. Flip through the pages of any current scrapbooking magazine and I'll bet you'll find circles in over 50% of them.
Have you tried incorporating circles in your layouts?
I could devote a whole month's worth of tips (or more) to circles, but today we're just going to focus on creating those rows of tiny dots. They're fun, they're 'in', and they're "oh so easy" to do!
