Our children have blessed us with three beautiful, adorable grandchildren all within the past 18 months! I would love to create a photo book and video showcasing the tremendous joy these babies have brought to our lives.

I think the new recompose feature would be very helpful to me…I am always needing to fit in a portrait orientation photo when all I have are landscape

Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements are two of my most favorite programs. For the past 5 years I have had the opportunity of teaching others how to use both programs to create both personal and educational types of projects. (I teach staff development classes to teachers.) I have watched several video tutorials of Photoshop Elements 8 and love all of the new features. I would love to teach others how to use these new features in the classes I teach.
Oh, how I would love to upgrade from PSE 4 to PSE 8! So many cool new features, so much I could do with it.
I would create family heritage pages and make a book with them so that the future generations would know something about us and life in this time era,
My dad turns 70 in January and I plan on making a slideshow/video for him. I would love to have PSE8/PE8 after seeing some of the new features to make this. My daughter is a senior and I would also love it to edit her senior pictures that I took and also to create her a slideshow/video for a graduation present. My grandmother made me an album with pictures of me from the time I was born to graduation and I still take it out and look at it. I want to create a gift like that for my daughter.
What would I create? Memories and more. Memories of every day, of special occasions. Other creations as I might think of them, but memories of families and pets are important to me.
I am currently using PSE7 but there are new features in version 8 that excite me. The ability to drop from the project bin, file names, and guides and oh yes, the photo readjustment feature would be a real asset. I love using PSE for digi scrapbooking, especially my 2 grandchildren, and creating memories they will have forever.

How great is it to take out space between people to make a smaller photo and to add vidio clips to pages. My five year old granddaughter is always wanting to see the vidios of her as a baby. It’s my parents 50th anniversary of marriage next summer. Winning this kit would allow me to create a “montage video” with picture of them since they meet until today. That a great gift for me and them!!
I’ve just recently upgraded to PS7 and can’t justify the expense of upgrading again so soon. BUT there are so many neat things in PS8 that I am anxious to upgrade. I especially like that it shows the name of the paper or element in the sidebar. I also thought the ability to crop out pieces of a too wide picture is neat. I might not be using the correct names of these features, but you get the idea.
If these are the versions that will run on the Mac, I’d love to win them! I’m just making the switch from “paper” scrapbooking, and everything I’ve read indicates that Photoshop Elements is critical. Thanks!

Adobe Photoshop is the best photo editing program to use. It has been very easy to learn and does everything I want to do.

I am using PSE5 right now and know that I am just too SKEERED to change! The only way I would move up in this world and try something new is if I would actually WIN PSE8!
What couldn’t I accomplish with these two???
PSE 8 brought back a favorite feature from PSE 5 (dragging photos to a LO from the photo bin) that wasn’t carried over into versions 6 and 7 so I’m excited about PSE 8. It has new enhancements plus those from version 6 and 7. The upgrade from PSE 5 to PSE 8 would be a delightful leap. I would continue to make digitally scrapped memories for my family and enjoying learning how to use all teh new features.
My past comments to you, Dear Linda, have expressed “high accolades”
for your teachings. I am pushing “70″ years old and I almost started to believe that “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”. Blessed with seven beautiful grandchildren, I wanted a new avenue to spotlight their beauty. A glued on rose or yellowing scotch tape was just not good enough for my kids. I have Elements 4 which was Just short of the trashcan and back to Printshop when I came across your website. I know that I am falling behind now. PSE8 is my new heart’s desire. I have been reading about the new features and would love to have the program. i have finally starting and am working on Project 365 and i know this program would get lots of use on this project as well as a flip book i am planning to make.
When going through difficult times in your life, you tend to stop and think about life, family and friends. Especially if your family and friends are in other countries. This is such a time for me, to get all those old photos out and create awesome memories for the next generations not to forget their important roots. I would create memories of my mother-in-law who recently passed away. There were many photos on display at her home and I would create a keepsake for our family to cherish.
I have a wonderful, crazy, zany group of friends and we are always having some sort of adventure or another be it snowmobiling in the beautiful snowcapped mountains of northern Maine, tenting in the pouring rain in the middle of no-where, making batches and batches of homemade maple syrup or celebrating holidays, birthdays, weddings and the birth of grandchildren. All our memories are special and our years together filled with fun, love and laughter. For the past few years I’ve been digitally scrapping our adventures and putting them together in video format using an older version of Elements and Premiere. On New Years Eve we gather together to celebrate the passage of another year by watching the video as we toast in the New Year. I would love to be able to update my software and continue the tradition of my annual friends video!

I have 4 beautiful grandchildren, ranging from 18 months to 9 years old. I love spend lots of time with them and taking lots of pictures of them. They know if Grandma’s around, her camera is too. I would use this to make beautiful scrapbook layouts of those precious children. I would also make them layouts for their own scrapbooks. My almost 9 year old granddaughter has expressed an interest in digital scrapping, so we’d scrap together and learn as we go. Never too young to scrap!!

Wow! With this we could do videos of the outreaches in Mexico and help with updating webpages for the ministry. We’ve been in Mexico for over 23 years now. My son has taken over the video/dvd part and it would be such a great helping tool in his work here. Also the girls and I would do some great digi scrapbooking for the family memories.

I have a 9 month old and for mother’s day this past year, I gave my mom and mom-in-law scrapbooks and I keep sending them new pages to add to them with all of her new accomplishments. I spend a good part of each day creating something on the computer (retirement is wonderful). I recently made a reunion booklet for our 55th sixth grade class, and made a page for each person by taking their image from the 6th grade class picture and putting it with a recent photo of them. Everyone thought I was brilliant. Little did they know how easy it was using PSE. Would love to win this bundle, never tried the Premiere Elements but it was always on my “someday” list. I recently scanned a LOT of negitives and most need some sort of enhancing or retouching, I would put this bundle to good use!

I would love to win the newest versions. Sad to say the older version I got for Christmas two years ago is still in the original packaging. I am very intimidated and have not even tried to use it. What a great treat this package would be. I would use PSE 8 to upgrade my scrapping to continue to scrap my 9 grandkids. I’d love to use Linda’s tutorial not only to learn more about PSE 8.0, but also to teach my homeschooling grandaughter how to scrap her photos. I have PSE Six and have not upgraded yet to 7 (or now
because my laptop died (hideously) and until I got a new one I had no where to use the program, but yesterday was Eureka day and now I want to once again begin editing my photos (I am an amateur photographer in a camera club) and digitally scrapbooking my adventures and my nieces lives (they are three and 8 weeks – talk about perfect timing).
How to make along story short….Let’s see I bought CS3 first and than bought my SLR canon t1i and wouldn’t you know…I sure didn’t…It does not work with my canon camera raw files..It would be nice to have elements 8 and premier… cuz my husband said… “The only way I will ever get the raw editabilty is if I won it.” So good luck to me…and everyone else who entered.

My parents have taken our extended family (all 16 of us!) on a couple really great family trips. The last one was a trip to Alaska and I would love to give them a keepsake album from our adventure! PSE8 would be just the tool to make stunning layouts for the album!

Going from PSE 5 to PSE 8 is at the top of my wishlist. I have to many projects that I’m working on and I know PSE 8 will help speed those up. I am always scrapping the boys sports, I have a wedding coming up in January, today my Father-in-law turns 80, and I’ll want to scrapbook for him. I’ve been using PSE starting with version 6. I had to upgrade to 7 but there are a couple of little things that bug me and looking at your new videos I see they fixed them.
I reffer to the the drag an image into another and having it become a smart object.

Adobe makes the best products for digital scrapbooking and photo editing! While I use PSCS4 to scrapbook I would love a copy of premier elements 8 to make DVD’s. Since my Mom is interested in scrapbooking as well, I would give her the copy of PSE8 and the training CD’s as an early Christmas present. Thanks Linda for sharing your talents with all of us!

I love digital scrapebooking, taking photos and I have a ball using Photoshop Elements to create pages for my friends, family, and for myself. With Photoshop Elements 8 the possiblities to create better pages would be awesome.

I inherited so many of my parents older pictures when they passed away – many of my Dad while he was in the Army during WWII. I would really like to do something with all of this pictures since they are currently being stored in a cardboard box in our spare bedroom.

I love Digital Scrapbooking Day! What a great prize. So what can I do with Photoshop Elements 8…well, digital scrapbooking, obviously. Slide shows and picture DVDs (for all the grandparents whose eyesight isn’t so good anymore). My kids are already looking at it for making digital birthday cards for their cousins and grandparents, making flyers & invitations for cub scout meetings. And Premier…well all those home movies we started when the oldest was 6 months…and the kids and their friends are on a movie-making high. I would love to win this software because I am designing cards for our church’s Military Card Ministry. I just got through making card packets (8 cards and a pen per packet), bookmarks and candy packets for the troops Christmas box to be sent to them on Nov 10th. I would like to make calendars for them by using PSE 8 so I can personalize them. Our troops do such a good job I wish every church would send them cards, we do twice a month. Two very important things to me would be created if I won this.I would preserve my heritage in professional looking pages and my first love – scrap my family!! With 2 small grandaughters just being kids(hilarious at times) and my family getting smaller over time, I just have to scrap every single thing I can remember about them – past and present!
I’ve been upgrading the Adobe products since version 2. As much as I would like to, I just can’t get another upgrade just now. Being a grandmother, I have lots of subjects to scrap. I love taking videos and making them into DVDs for the family. Whenever one of the children take a trip, they return with lots of photos for my archive. I usually provide a video/DVD of their trip for them to remember. All the sports events and Christmas plays get extra attention from Gma. Currently, I am salvaging old family VHS tapes, converting them to DVDs. Precious memories are fading away on those tapes.

I love the photoshop programs. Being in the military makes it hard for members of my family to share in the many experiences that my family and I are having. I would love to create pages with these programs so that I can forward the pages along and let them see my kids as they grow since we are usually so far away.
I have never done digital scrapbooking or used a photo shop type soft-ware, I am so excited to get started, I think I would have to take a week off work and just play with it all day ! I started “late” on scrapbooking my boys childhood – I am way behind – it’s so fun to go back and relive the moments.. I don’t want my photos just laying in a drawer or box somewhere ….

I always like to update photoshop elements when I am able. With the premiere elements we would like to put our old vhs tapes of the grandchildren on dvd’s and make professional-looking productions for each family and each child to enjoy.

Starting in 05 my daughter and niece have been the official cookie captains for our annual “cookie night” we get together and bake Christmas cookies. I have many pictures and will make a mini book for my Mom, Sisters, Daughter and Nieces making Christmas cookies and memories.

With this updated version of pse 8.0 I would be able to create further digital scrapbooking memories not only of today but also in the future! The new features would allow me to further develop editing skills not only of photos but also digital graphics. I began with pse 3.0 and believe that each new version allows my creativity to grow!

I would love to upgrade from PSE5 to PSE8. I know it would make a difference in not only working with scrapbooking but also with my photos. With Adobe Premiere being included – wow – I do believe I would actually take the camcorder out of it’s bag and use it so much more. I have seen what my daughter and son do with their versions of Adobe Premiere. I would love to be able to do that also.

I’ve had my eye on this lovely package since I saw the your YouTube videos! Love the new techniques, especially the aspect ratio to fit the frame and not make anyone fatter, (especially me, LOL)! As a busy mother and business person I love to share my travel and family moments … but with what time? All of my cameras are now digital and photos are on my computer so traditional scrap-booking, although lots of fun, is not so easy for me to find time for. Digital Scrap-booking just seems like the logical way for me to be able to spend a few minutes to share these special moments with fellow workers, business associates, family & friends. Besides with some more knowledge I could use this to present products to customers as well … a picture is better than a thousand words! My oldest daughter is a senior this year. I must have had a brain blip and volunteered to do the graduation video of the year’s events and senior pictures. In the past, they could only get the senior’s current picture in the video due to time. I would like to use the scrapbook format to not only make more appealing photos but also be able to include a couple more pictures for each senior – on the same page. I absolutely love Photoshop Elements and have been an avid user since version 4. Upgrading would be wonderful and having the Premiere software for videos would really help in editing our daughter’s wedding video. We’ve promised her an edited video for the last 10 years, and haven’t found the right software. Also, I’m a newbie digiscrapper and am in the process of scrapping my mother’s life…having the newest version of PSE would be most helpful.

I would love an update. I take pictures when we travel with friends, at special events like a dance, biking, etc. I love putting together collages and pictures of our friends to give them to commemorate these special events and friendships. Like a collage of biking pictures after some friends went on their first first 28 mile bike ride with us. the first time a friend taught country dance lessons, and lots more.
I would love to win this software, because my version of Premiere Elements goes clear back to version 2, which was buggy and not even worth having. I love photoshop elements!! Photoshop is a huge program to learn, and I get very excited when Linda teaches new techniques & I can actually do them myself!! My real love is to take the pages that I do & but them into DVD shows that I can easily pass out to people. Digital scrapbooking is the perfect way for a sports-minded guy to capture memories around favorite family memories and sporting events. It allows me to be creative, enjoy it, re-live it and even add to it. And, the fact that it can be captured in a digital fashion, allows me to share it easily with friends & family.

I need to keep current with each new version so that I can help our retired folks document their lives and families by teaching them how to use PSE. It’s hard to continually upgrade, but with each new season, my students keep returning and bringing new members to the computer club. The club is purely on a volunteer basis so it gets expensive to keep upgrading. I love teaching these folks how to scrapbook. They have so much to share and tell.

As a Boy Scout leader and traveler I make scrapbooks for the troop and online. I’ve started using digital elements for my paper pages and I really like to edit photos to bring out their best but I haven’t moved from PSE 5 yet. I’m finally ready to make the big move to PSE 8 and digital scrapbooking with help!
I have PSE 6 on both my MacBook and PC. I would like to upgrade to PSE 8 to keep up with all the latest techniques.
Pardon me while I wipe the drool from my face and off of my monitor.
Anyway, I would love to have the latest and greatest Elements. Genealogy and family history is my passion and this would really enhance my ability to provide my family with something tangible to show the great-grandchildren.
Did I mention that Elements is a great quilt design tool?

I really could use some inspiration. Winning the new PSE8 would give me the jolt I need. I have fallen into the scrapbooking slump! My husband and I recently retired and moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Wow!, you say! Way cool, no, quite hot over the Summer. Don’t get me wrong, I love it here. It is Paradise, after all. We have been trying to do renovations on a 30+ year old house here, while living in it, and it has not given me much time to turn on the computer. Chipping out the lower level tile floor created so much dust everything had to be covered. By the way, houses here are constructed of red brick covered in concrete, no drywall to be found. Anyway, my computer is back up, I have pictures of paradise and renovations, but I just stare wondering where to start. I think I’ll just go for a swim…P.S. I’ve never used PS Premier…ever!
i have always wanted to make a family alphabet book to give to the grandparents- this would provide the motivation
Wow! Would LOVE to win this package! I have a Flip Video Camera, but can only make simple videos with it. This would be the perfect addition to my digital addiction and help me create the digital videos that I have been dying to make. What a great combo! This would take my scrapbooking in a brand new direction. ACTION!
I would love to upgrade to the new Elements 8 so I can do more, more, more! I’m relativey new to digita scrapbooking and have so many years worth of pictures to catch up on but I don’t mind because it is so much fun!
I would love to try PSE 8 for my digital scrapbooking – I currently use Paint Shop Pro but the new features in PSE 8 look great – especially the ability to move people closer together!
If I won, I would create all my Christmas cards with PSE and make a video of them with PE to show other digi-scrappers..

My son is on a church mission in Uruguay. I would create a multimedia presentation from all the photos and videos he has sent!
I have been making digital scrapbook pages for a couple of years now, but oh! what fun it would be to learn to create videos of my old home movies. I have quite a few different tapes that I’ve taken through the years starting in 1966. It would be great fun to add scrapbook pages to the clips and turn them into something the whole family could enjoy.
My daughter got married this summer and I would use PSE 8 to creat her Wedding album.

If I won an Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 AND Premiere Elements 8 Bundle Pack , I would
stare at it in wonder, hug it, do a happy dance, sing a happy song, and sigh with contentment each time I used it to create wonderful scrapbook memories and videos for my family and friends.
I would love PSE8! I have learned so much from being a premier member…my layouts have gone from just using the templates in PSE5 to totally spectacular (of course I’m a bit biased). Would be great to have a program that could do even more. Kris
oops now that I read the directions..what would I create? I know this right away…I have started to work on creating my own “elements”. I love kits, but sometimes I have special pictures and don’t have a kit that goes with them. Now that I’m learning about brushes, shadowing, ribbons and all sorts of things from the premier membership, I can create what I need if I don’t have a kit. Thanks! Kris
I would do a lot of digital scrapbooking with it and could sure use Premier for making my slide shows, etc.
Creating wonderful memories to pass on to my children and grand children has become a passion with me. I have been recording in scrapbooking, the life of their father and grandfather from birth to the end of his life. The PE 8 would be a great tool to accomplish this.
Currently I’m using PS Elements 6 and have learned lots with the help of Scrappers Guide but its time for an upgrade. Would love to win this.
I would create not only scrapbook pages but greeting cards, artistic prints and photos for decorating my home or to give as gifts. I would also create decorative items for family and friends. I would love to be able to create art to sell so that I can retire from my full-time job and have more time to spend with my husband and dogs and to travel places where I can take some of the wonderful photos that I see in travel guides and photo sites.

I would give this to an older gentleman in our retirement park who puts in many hours taking pictures and videos for display on our in park cable channel. He needs something to make his work easier and we would all benefit from his new creations.

I never thought I would be into digital scrapbooking until I bought PSE 7.0. Now I’m addicted and I now have three of the my friends using it too. We all get together to scrapbook everything we can.

I’m new to digital scrapbooking and need all of the help I can get! What an awesome prize this is! Being in a technology field I tried digital scrapbooking many times, but could never figure it out…I took a class through community Ed and found that just like paper scrapbooking you need the right tools!
I have really been wanting PSE 8. Currently, I have PSE 5, and every once in awhile, I just feel like there are things I wish I could do with it but can’t. I’m getting ready to deploy with the military for 6 months to Africa, and digital scrapping is something I can do over there in my spare time since all it requires is my laptop.
If I won PSE 8, I would make layouts of my adventures over there, plus also try to catch up on some family pages that I’m behind on.

I have been helping a new to digi scrapping gal. She was using a trial PSE 7 but having lots of problems. I suggested she buy the PSE 8 from costco with Scrapper’s Guide’s bundled DVD to better help her on her way..Wow has she improved!!!!! I have still been helping her go over some of the finer points via Skype’s screensharing and I am so impressed with some of PSE 8 new features…I would love to have one of my own and bundled with Premier might just get me off the couch where my stacks of untouched home movies are concerned.. What a great give away!

I started digital scrapbooking with PSE 5 and Scrappersguide, of course. I’d like to upgrade so I can be “on the same page” with the Scrapperguide tutorials.
I am not only coaching in computer classes at a near-by senior center, I also teach a class “Digital Scrapbooking”. Besides that I love to share me newly acquired skills with friends of mine.
My projects go beyond teaching and coaching. I have made quite a few albums and given away as gifts.
Being recently widowed I occupy my time learning as much as possible about digital scrapbooking; it keeps my brain going.
I am still back on PSE 6 and feel like I have no clue what I am doing – keep it simple and my friends that don’t do digital think it is great, but of course I want to be outstanding.
I would love to have Elements 8, I really need to catch up on my scrapbooking! I am a newbie to digital scrapbooking, so this would be an awesome program to have.
Would love to upgrade to “8″ in order to utilize the feature of moving the subjects in your photo closer together, allowing for better cropped photos from the graduation/wedding/birthday party pictures from this summer in need of this fantastic feature.

WOW!! This is great. When I joined Digital Scrapper (I think in it’s second year) and became premier member I can’t tell you how much I have learned. I started with PSE5 at first didn’t catch on very quickly, but plugged along and now in PSE7 I got it! Truly, it has been a great experience for me through your teaching. For me to say “I got it” is a big deal it has given me a sense of accomplishment. Thank you Linda and your team.

I would scrap the photos from our trips to both the west and east coasts of Canada this year. I just got Photoshop Elements 6 (mac) and would love the new version.
I’m currently using PSE7 and love some of the new things in 8. This is a great way to maybe use the new version.
I have PSE 7 so can’t rationalize buying 8 so soon. But if I won it….hmm, wouldn’t that be nice?
I’ve already purchased the training CD for PSE 8, which I have viewed several times, but I’m still using ver. 6! I’d love to be able to try the new version with recent photos of my sweet 3 yr. old granddaughter. Then I’d have a great new scrapbook as a Christmas present for her parents, with a copy for me of course.
Winning Photoshop Elements and Premier would be great. I am just starting with digital scrapbooking but lack the great software. I would use the Photoshop to make scrapbooks of our most recent vacation and then I would use the Premier to create a movie to watch on the television of our vacation. Also, my daughter is graduating next year and I plan on making a movie with pictures from all her 18 years as a graduation gift. Having Premier would help to make that possible.

If I had this product, I would gift it to my daughter who loves to do scrapbooking. She would then use this product to create gifts for family and friends. She created a wonderful wedding album for her cousin with paper and I am sure with this product she could go to greater heights of creativity.
I have both the prior versions of Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Elements Premier and love them. I’m sure and upgrade to version 8 of both programs would make creating even easier
I am ready to tackle my years of accumulated photo prints, to scan and edit them, and hopefully improve the quality. My goal is to create a digital biography for each of my children, with events unique to them and shared family adventures. I have used the first PSE that came out years ago and love it.
My mother just turned 92 years old and I have been wanting to make a digitial scrapbook album for her that celebrates the changes over her many years. I think PSE 8 would give me the creativity tools to make that happen.
Oops – I didn’t mention what I would create with these 2 fabulous programs – fairytale creations of my lovely 12 year old daughter who makes my heart sing when she dances. She and her friends are such a joy to watch!
And what I’d do with it is to teach my high school students how to make our scrapbooks for their preschool buddies in our classroom! The parents love them and getting away from so much paper and adhesive would end up more cost-effective!
I love digital scrapbooking because it allows me to easily combine photos and words of encouragement for my daughter. My hope is too convey how much she means to her father and I, and how much potential we see in her, as well as documenting different aspects of her life. Right now she is only 6 years old but someday when she is in college, married or in her first home, I hope to give a copy of this album to her so she can have a reminder of how precious she is and how blessed we were to have in our home. I hope the words of affection, admiration and encouragement from her father and I echo on, long after we are no longer a part of her daily life.

I have my father’s family history collected back to the Revolutionary War but not organized. I would love to finish what my mother left behind into a scrapbook for my siblings.
I am dying to upgrade from Elements 6 to Elements 8. I am in the midst of the pre-Christmas scrapbooking blitz, trying to get albums ready for the grandparents and other relatives. I am really excited to try out the new tool to recompose photos without messing up the scale & background…..I have tons of soccer action photos of our two kids, and many of those photos are screaming out for a little recomposition!

Oh Wow! Winning Photoshop elements & Premiere elements 8! Oh! that would be SO Cool!
I purchased the bundle almost 2 years ago (Photoshop elements 6, Premiere 4) to transfer 8mm movies to DVD. Moved all videos to PC and actually created 3 movies. I needed a break and started playing more with Photoshop…guess what! I discovered Linda and Digital Scrapbooking! I ordered the tutorials and I was totally hooked! I even included a few Scrapbooked pages that were created with the Travel kit at the end of my first movie documenting a trip to Cancun.
I resisted updating to version 7 as everything I was learning was still too new. I’m more comfortable with using Photoshop now. The new package would certainly keep my juices flowing. I’ve been telling myself to try to split my time and get back to the movie project which started this new passion.

I would love to learn and work with the new PhotoShop Elements 8 and Premiere Elements 8. I would use PSE8 to continue scrapping photos of my four grandchildren. I love to upload them to Shutterfly and have special books made for them. I can’t wait to start working on videos for my grandchildren with Premiere Elements 8 – there certainly are a couple hundred of videos waiting to be worked on! I enjoy being a Premiere member and can’t thank you enough, Linda, for all your training CD’s and tutorials that started me on the road to digital scrapbooking!
I have been learning PE and would love the lastest version. I would also love to learn Adobe Premiere. We have four children and I haven’t done anything with any of their videos that we’ve taken. I don’t know where to start or how to begin. Adobe Premiere would give me what I need.

I am a grandmother of 6 and just began trying to turn their imaginative written stories into storybooks for them to have for posterity. I am trying to use their faces and then drawing the bodies like cartoon illustrations or even stick figure bodies. I love their stories and this addition would be a great help in making them into books!
