Curled ribbon can add such a festive touch to a scrapbook page! In this tutorial I’m going to reveal the essential building block of a good ribbon curl. Once you have the ribbon template, you can go on to make fantastic curled ribbons that look as real as if you photographed them! As a serendipity, you’ll also learn how to create a shape that is often used on scrapbook pages.

there was very little information on this tutorial. I at least thought the ribbon would look as it does in the picture above – finished. I was very disappointed that it stopped quite a bit short of that. Probably would not purchase another tutorial.
