I’m always on the lookout for something “real” that can be translated into something “virtual” for my scrapbook pages.
The two stars featured in this tutorial fall into that category. I’ll be showing you step-by-step how you can create a geometric shape, turn it into an outline of what you want, and then decorate it using layer styles and shadow techniques.
You’ll follow along as I create two very different kinds of stars to use on holiday or everyday layouts, but the skills and shortcuts that you’ll be learning can also be applied right away on other projects as well.
