mask magic

When I work in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, it almost seems like magic sometimes. I’m still amazed at what this program can do! And I’m still learning more and more skills all the time.

In this video I’ll be showing you some of the techniques used by the Pros to create collages with an artistic flair. One of those techniques is masking, but there are other ones that help create some of the special effects you see.

As a bonus for you, I’ve included a “Stardust” brush set that will help give your page a magical look! This tutorial also comes with two edge overlays and two photos to practice blending together.

This tutorial was filmed for March 2006 in PSE4 and CS2. An additional segment was added to the PSE tutorial in March 2010 to reflect current ways to create layer masks.

This video tutorial (like all of Linda’s others I’ve viewed) is just wonderful! It’s so easy to learn new techniques this way. This has to be the BEST way to learn scrapbooking.
